In india Liz was able to really feel the things that she was trying to run away from. She was able to confront her internalized problems and come out with a new view on herself and life. Liz has now helped herself and is in a place to be able to help others. She has been able to let go of her relationships and learned to love herself. This allowed her to find love, let herself love and be loved in a heathy and mature way.
