This section makes some good points about talking. Personally I think that one shouldn't talk unless they have something important, and well articulated to say. This section tells us that silence is important becuase that is how one comes to understand themselves. It tells us that words can disgrace the thought that was trying to be expresses by saying that a "thought is a bird of space, that in a cage of words may indeed unfold its wings but cannot fly." To me this is saying that words cannot always best express an idea.
I like this because silence really is golden. Espically to think. I know how hard it is to think when there is a lot of talking. This is a great interpretation of the "On Talking" section. Good job :)
